Since 1975, Straus Carpet Company has been known for its outstanding service and comprehensive product knowledge. While we have not advertised until now, Straus Carpet Company is known throughout the East Bay by word of mouth and is now providing the flooring needs of the children of our original customers. We offer the full range of flooring products including carpet, vinyl, vinyl tile, linoleum, hardwood and laminate.

We concentrate on service more than sales. Of course we need to make sales to continue operating, but we have found that when customer service is our top concern, sales naturally follow.
